We provide after sales service on GWEV, Currie, and Wilderness products. *WARRANTY Wilderness Energy* : 6 months for motor, control box.. No warranty on battery. *IZIPUSA :* 6 months for motor, control box.. No warranty on battery. 3 months on throttle. *NB* - For any apparent defects when you receive your merchandise you must let us know within 7 Days. For replacement parts during warranty for Izip & Wilderness Energy products please contact us directly. *GWEV NEW ELECTRIC BICYCLE WARRANTY* Motor I Year - Frame 1 Year - Batteries 60 days - Controller 60 days Charger 30 days - Display Board 30 days - Key Power Switch 30 days Speed Throttle 30 days - Switches/Controls 30 days - Brakes & Rims 30 days. This warranty applies only to the original owner of a GWEV bicycle and is not transferable to subsequent owners. For any warranty claim to be considered, the bicycle must be brought in to an Authorized GWEV Bicycle Retailer on the same continent on which the bicycle was purchased. The bicycle must be in assembled condition and accompanied by the original, dated sales receipt for the bicycle. (Be sure to keep your receipt in a safe place. This warranty applies only to bicycles purchased in fully assembled and adjusted condition from Authorized GWEV Retailers or other outlets specifically authorized by GWEV to distribute GWEV bicycles. This warranty is void if the bicycle is subjected to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, an accident or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use. Warranty void when used for Off-road, Commercial or Sports use. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including the results of fatigue, is not covered. Fatigue damage is a symptom of the frame being worn out through normal use. It is one kind of normal wear and tear, and it is the owner’s responsibility to inspect his/her bicycle. Damage resulting from improper assembly or maintenance, or from installation of parts and accessories not compatible with the GWEV bicycle, is not covered. All labor charges for warranty service are the responsibility of the bicycle’s owner. During the duration of this warranty, GWEV will either repair any defective frame, or, at our option, replace any defective frame with the same or most nearly comparable model then available.
